How to Redeem the Combo?

(The registration opens on 29 May from 14:00 to 23:59)

The quantities of the Combos are limited and available on a first come first served basis.

Each GreenU user can only redeem ONE Combo in the event and submit the registration form ONCE. 

4.

Successful GreenU users will receive a confirmation email with details of the Combo collection arrangements by 1 June 2026. The required GreenU Points will be automatically deducted from your account.

5.

If you do not receive any confirmation email by 1 June 2026, your registration will be deemed unsuccessful.

  Terms and Conditions:​

  • This event is for HKU students and staff only.

  • The quantities of the Combos are limited and available on a first come first served basis. 

  • Each participant can only redeem one Combo in the event.

  • Each participant can only submit the registration form once. Only the first submission of each participant will be recorded, any subsequent submissions will be ignored.

  • Once the registration form are submitted, participants agree and accept that the required GreenU Points for the selected Combos will be automatically deducted from their GreenU accounts if the registrations are successful.

  • If the registrations are successful, the Combo redemption will be arranged on 1 June 2026 and the required GreenU Points will be deducted from the participants' GreenU accounts accordingly. Participants should ensure that their GreenU accounts have sufficient GreenU Points for their selected Combos on 1 June 2026. If there are insufficient GreenU Points at the time of the redemption, the Combo redemptions will be invalid.

  • In case of dispute, the decision of Sustainability Unit shall be final.
